These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your participation in the SMS text messaging program (the "Program") operated by Technologix Group ("Technologix," "we," "us," or "our"). By submitting your mobile phone number through our sign-up form, you agree to these Terms.
The Program sends test SMS notifications used to verify SMS delivery, including service test alerts, status checks, and similar informational text messages. These messages are not marketing or promotional messages.
Message frequency varies based on testing needs and is not sent on a fixed schedule.
Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your mobile carrier and plan. Contact your carrier for details about your text and data plan.
You may cancel the Program at any time. Text STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send the STOP message, we will send you a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive messages from us. If you would like to rejoin, sign up again through the form or contact us as described below.
Text HELP to any message you receive from us, or contact us using the information below, for assistance with the Program.
Participating carriers include, but are not limited to, major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
By submitting your phone number, you confirm that you are the account holder or have the account holder's permission to enroll that number. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued participation in the Program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
